1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes stiff
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 pods Pappy’s Pie Crust Dough
1. Roll 2 layers of dough to fit into pie plate. Place one layer of dough into plate
2. Mix all other ingredients together – will be a pasty consistency. Add to pie plate.
3. Place other layer of dough on top and crimp edges. Pierce top with fork to create vents. Freeze until ready to bake.
4. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm.
