Since 1966, Pappy’s Pie Dough has helped home bakers create the flaky, tender crusts they remember from the pies their grandmothers used to make. It began with a simple belief: making something delicious for the people you love should feel special, but it does not have to take all day.
That belief still guides us today.
Pappy’s is made with lard, the traditional ingredient behind its rich flavor and signature flaky texture. While most prepared pie crusts come already shaped, ours comes as frozen portions of dough that you can thaw and roll however you need.
