Contest Requirements/Rules:

To qualify, Pappy’s Pie Dough product should be included in the Recipe and/or Ingredients list.  The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States over 18 except those residing in a location where it is taxed or prohibited. Employees of Loon Foods, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are ineligible as are members of ther households. By submitting an entry, the entrant states that he/she meets eligibility requirements.

Originality:

Each entry must be the original creation of the contestant and not previously published. By Submitting an entry, the entrant states that is is his/her original creation and has not previously been published. Entrant grants to Loon Foods, Inc. all rights to the recipe including the right to publish the recipe and any submitted photos in any manner at any time. Loon Foods, Inc. reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright and publish any or all entries and may use these entries in any media without further attribution or compensation to the entrant or anybody else. All entries submitted become the property of Loon Foods, Inc.. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Deadline:

All Entries must be submitted electronically via website, social media  or postmarked before  11:59 PM December 31, 2017. Loon Foods, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or web page submissions.

Judging

Entries will be judged by representatives of Loon foods, Inc. All Judges’ decisions are final.

Release

By submitting an entry, the entrant releases Loon Foods, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries another related parties from any and all liabilities or costs associated with this contest, participation in this contest, or the selection of winners.
